The OAR shelter no longer takes cats from the general public.
We recommend fixing any cats that are not yet spayed or neutered and working with your circle of acquaintances to rehome. Remember that kittens can be fixed at 8-10 weeks so long as they weigh at least 2.2 pounds. See our page for spay/neuter information.
