Non-Transport Appointments
To request a CLINIC (non-transport) Appointment SCHEDULE ONLINE using the "Request Appointment" button for fastest response. LIMIT 4 OWNED CATS per household per appointment day. Any on-line appt requests over this limit for a particular day will be deleted. Note that you must request an appointment for each cat separately.
FOR CATS SCHEDULED TO BE DROPPED OFF AT OUR CLINIC:
- Our clinic is paperless! After you schedule your appointment, you will be emailed an electronic consent form. Please complete this form at least 24 hours before your appointment date.

Drop off begins at 8:00am. Due to veterinary constraints, no drop-offs will be accepted after 8:30am.

All cats must come restrained in a carrier or a trap. Any arrivals without a proper carrier or trap will not be accepted and may be subject to appointment cancellation.

Traps should only contain one cat per trap. Traps containing more than one cat will not be accepted.

Cats age 5 months and older should not have access to food any later than midnight the night prior to surgery.

All clients should be prepared to pay at the time of drop-off unless otherwise arranged. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted
For appointments scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:

Pick up will be at 7:30am the morning following surgery. If you are unsure that you will pick up your cat prior to 8am, please contact our clinic staff at 513-871-0185.
For appointments scheduled for FRIDAY (owners physically bringing cats into the clinic):

All Friday appointments are subject to same day pick-up.

Due to the high-volume nature of the clinic, feral cats will not be accepted on Fridays.

Pickup for Friday appointments is at 2:30pm that same day. If you are unable to retrieve your cat prior to 3:00pm Friday afternoon, please contact our clinic staff immediately at 513-871-0185 to reschedule your appointment.
You must show proof of current Rabies vaccine (veterinarian records). If the cat(s) has not had/is not current on its Rabies vaccine and ia at least 4 months old, it will receive the vaccine during surgery.
Neuterville Express Transport Appointments
For residents that live in outlying areas, we offer a transport service to make our service more convenient for you. Cats on transports require appointments. You can use the on-line form here .

FOR CATS SCHEDULED ON A TRANSPORT (OAR transports your cat to our clinic then returns):
- Our clinic is paperless! After you schedule your appointment, you will be emailed an electronic consent form. Please complete this form at least 24 hours before your appointment date.
- Drop off is at 6:30am at the designated transport location. You were provided with this information when you made your appointment. You can look at our website if you need further information on addresses/locations
- ALL CATS MUST COME IN HARD SIDED CARRIERS OR TRAPS - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Cats in dog crates, soft carriers, card board carriers etc... are NOT accepted.
- Cats 5 months and older need to have food pulled by midnight the night before surgery.
- Pick up will be the following morning at 9:30am (Monday-Thursday) OR 9:00am (Fridays) - the driver will confirm pick up time at drop off
- If you owe you must pay when DROPPING OFF your cat - CASH ONLY
